Oak Alley Farms
consists of five specialty foods companies. We started as a small peanut company in Oil City, Louisiana, just outside Shreveport. The Peanut Trading Company, now a retail and wholesale company, began selling fresh-roasted peanuts to convenience stores and sporting events. Our peanuts have a sweet, fresh-roasted taste that surpasses all others. We sell these peanuts in small brown bags, 1 lb. bags and tins. This was our first company and our great beginnings. Majestic Popcorn Company was our second company. We have many gourmet flavored popcorns, caramelized popcorns, and our giant popcorn balls. We offer our popcorn in individual bags and gift tins. The third addition to our company was Cajun Candy Company, with its specialty southern candies including pecan pralines, pecan brittle, peanut brittle, pecan logs and peanut patties. Our fourth addition was Gourmet Alley Gifts, the home of our beautifully packaged and deliciously fabulous cakes and gourmet apples. Our very latest addition to Oak Alley Farms was the Chocolate Moose Fudgery. We offer rich, creamy fudge sold by the slice, in individual snack packs, and beautiful gift tins...great for gift baskets.
