History of Oak Alley Farms.
It has been a dream come true for a young entrepreneur who jump started her career at the young age of 16. It all began in 1995 when her father, a collector of antique machinery, purchased an early 1900s peanut roaster. By much trial and tribulation she became an expert roaster. She marketed her little brown bags of fresh-roasted peanuts to convenience stores and to sporting events. Through much determination, long endless hours of hard work and perseverance, Oak Alley Farms has evolved. We now consist of five companies. We are The Peanut Trading Company, Majestic Popcorn Company, Cajun Candy Company, The Chocolate Moose Fudgery and Gourmet Alley Gifts. From the small beginnings until now there has been a graduation, a marriage and the arrival of a wonderful son. Allison's husband, Jeff, embraced her dreams and joined her in rising to meet the demands of each new day. There has been so much excitement along the way as our dreams have grown into Oak Alley Farms.
